This specimen was lot 1015 in Jean Elsen sale 109 (Brussels, June 2011), where it sold for 400 euro (about US$676 including the buyer's fee). The catalog description[1] noted,

Rare. Nettoyé. Provient de la collection Symkens et de notre vente 53, 14 mars 1998, 1447. presque Très Beau (Principality of Liege, Ernest of Bavaria, 1581-1612, silver double teston of 30 patards, 1612, Bouillon mint. From the Symkens collection, rare, cleaned, nearly very fine.)"

The SCWC notes that this type and its variants were struck 1612-13, but no picture is provided therein. Being only the size of a half dollar, this type lacks a Davenport number.

Recorded mintage: unknown.

Specification: silver, this specimen 16,45 g.
