This is the second year of issue from the Philadelphia mint for this type which was minted until 1916. The year also saw issues from New Orleans and San Francisco. Denver would also contribute after 1906.

Recorded mintage: 5,484,838 (common date).

Specification: 6.25 g, 0.900 fine silver, .1808 troy oz ASW, 24.3 mm diameter, designed by Charles Barber.
