This specimen was lot 43022 in Stack's Bowers NYINC sale (New York, January 2023), where it sold for $100. The catalog description[1] noted, "NEPAL. Shah Dynasty. Rupee, VS 1989 (1932). Birendra Bir Bikram. PCGS MS-65." This seems to be the only time this denomination was struck in Nepal. We don't know why the mint didn't match the specification of the Indian rupee, 11.66 g, 0.917 fine silver.
Recorded mintage: unknown.
Specification: 11.08 g, 0.800 fine silver.
