This specimen was lot 82 in Sincona sale 65 (Zurich, October 2020), where it sold for 250 CHF (about US$329 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"4 Kopecks 1762, no mint mark letters. 1 rouble according to Petrov. Very fine. (4 копейки 1762, без обозначения монетного двора. 21,83 г. Биткин 27. 1 рубль по Петрову. Состояние очень хорошее.)"
This type was struck 1762 only then dropped in favor of the copper five kopeks.
