This specimen was lot 348 in Sincona sale 31 (Zürich, October 2016), where it sold for 475 CHF (about US$564 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted, "REPUBLIC OF TUNISIA, 75 dinars 1982ce (1406ah) AU Pf International Year of the Child (UNESCO proclamation)." This commemorative honored the International Year of the Child. It is unlikely to have circulated beyond the president's circle of cronies and supporters. A silver five dinars (KM 313) was also issued.
