Zurich 1620 dicken KM-32
This specimen was lot 3624 in Sincona sale 91 (Zürich, May 2024), where it sold for 525 CHF (about US$694 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"SCHWEIZ Zürich, Stadt und Kanton, Dicken 1620, Zürich. Grosse Jahreszahl. Sehr selten in dieser Erhaltung. Gutes vorzüglich. Flaue Stellen. (Switzerland, canton of Zurich, dicken of 1620, Zürich mint, large date. Very rare in this condition, Good extremely fine, Some weakly struck areas.)"
This date is listed in two varieties: KM 30 (lion supporting arms) or KM 32 (no lion), both struck 1620-22. Numista says this coin was 2/9 of a thaler.
