Sincona sale 65, lot 133

This specimen was lot 133 in Sincona sale 65 (Zürich, October 2020), where it sold for 120 CHF (about US$158 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,

"Denga 1798, Ekaterinburg Mint, EM. Extremely fine. (Деньга 1798, Екатеринбургский МД, ЕМ. 5,69 г. Биткин 129. Состояние отличное.)"

This type was struck at Ekaterinburg, Annensk and Kolyvan 1797-1801.

Recorded mintage: 5,194,000, the most common date.

Specification: 5.12 g, copper, this specimen 5.69 g.
