The catalog description<sup>[1]</sup> noted, "[[Russia|RUSSIA]] | Russian Empire and Federation | Nicholas II. 1894-1917, 3 Kopecks 1902, St. Petersburg Mint, SPB. NGC MS64 BN. Extraordinary condition." This type is listed for 1867-71, 1876-84, 1891-1914. Ekaterinburg also struck this type 1867-76 (Y11.1) with a weight of 10.25 g. The nineteenth century dates are scarce in nice condition but the later dates are common with, of course, the exception of the proofs.
