This specimen was lot 33669 in Heritage sale 3073 (Chicago, April 2019), where it sold for $540. The catalog description[1] noted, "Nicholas II gold 10 Roubles 1902-AP MS61 NGC, St. Petersburg mint. Well struck with full brilliance and light imperfections." This type was struck 1898-1911 in sufficient numbers as to be considered a bullion coin. At the time of issue 100 French gold francs = 37½ Russian gold rubles.

Specification: 8.60 g, 0.900 fine gold, .248 troy oz AGW.
