This specimen was lot 3195 in Sincona sale 33 (Zürich, October 2016), where it did not sell. The catalog description[1] noted,
"RUMÄNIEN. Carol I. 1866-1914 2 Lei 1875. Brüssel. Sehr schön. Kl. Kratzer. (Romania, Carol I, 1866-1914, two lei of 1875, Brussels mint. Very fine, Tiny scratches.)"
This type was struck at Brussels 1872-76 and is common in worn condition altho this is a scarce date.
Recorded mintage: 653,255.
Specification: 10 g, 0.835 fine silver, .268 troy oz ASW, this specimen 9.97 g.
