This specimen was lot 42943 in Stack's Bowers NYINC sale (New York, January 2019), where it sold for $80. The catalog description[1] noted, "GERMANY. Saxe-Gotha-Altenburg. 6 Pfennig, 1757-K. PCGS MS-64 Gold Shield. Blast white with satiny surfaces and frosted devices. Well struck and fully lustrous. A lovely little Gem." This type was struck in billon 1752-60 and is common. Six pfennig = 1/48 thaler.
