This specimen was lot 47733 in Stack's Bowers ANA sale (Chicago, August 2024), where it did not sell. The catalog description[1] noted, "SWEDEN. Krona, 1941 G. Gustaf V. NGC MS-64." This type was struck 1924-42 and this date is common in all grades. In 1942, the coin was reduced to 7 g, 0.400 fine silver, and struck in that form until 1968, when silver was removed completely. The two kronor underwent a similar process.

Recorded mintage: 2,183,338 including a 1941/4 overdate.

Specification: 7.50 g, 0.800 fine silver, 25 mm diameter, reeded edge.
