This specimen was lot 2084 in Jean Elsen sale 158 (Brussels, March 2024), where it sold for €700 (about US$910 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"NEDERLAND, FRIESLAND, Provincie, AV halve grote gouden rijder, 1626. Vz/ Ridder te paard n.r. met zwaard boven gekroond provinciewapen. Kz/ Gekroond Generaliteitswapen. Zeer zeldzaam. Zwakke slag. Gerestaureerd (gestopte barst). Zeer Fraai. (Netherlands, province of Friesland, gold half cavalier of 1626. Obverse: mounted knight charges right over the arms of the province; reverse: crowned arms of the Generality. Very rare, weakly struck, repaired--hole plugged, Very Fine.)"
This type was struck 1620-30 and 1644 and accompanied a full cavalier d'or (KM 25). A klippe half cavalier is noted for 1628.
