Sincona sale 84, lot 534

This specimen was lot 534 in Sincona sale 84 (Zurich, October 2023), where it sold for 200 CHF (about US$269 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,

"RUSSIA Russian Empire and Federation, 20 Kopecks 1908, St. Petersburg Mint, SPB EB. Uncirculated."

This type was struck 1867-93, 1901-14. Most dates, including this one, are common.

Recorded mintage: 5,000,000.

Specification: 3.60 g, 0.500 fine silver, this specimen 3.57 g.
