This specimen features a version of Oudiné's portrait of liberty used on the ten centavos from 1881 to 1942, but struck in silver 1881-83 only. It is accompanied by a similar twenty centavos, fifty centavos and one peso coins. The last ten centavos piece was struck in 1959.

Recorded mintage: 2,785,650 (common date).

Specification: 2.5 g, 0.900 fine silver.
