This type is listed for 1877-90 and is the first of its denomination. At the time of issue, it had a face value of about one United States cent. This type, struck for William III (1849-90) is virtually indistinguishable from those struck for Wilhelmina (KM 108.2). This date is common in all grades.
Recorded mintage: 4,000,000.
