This specimen was lot 683 in Stephen Album sale 37 (Santa Rosa, CA, June 2020), where it sold for $142.80. The catalog description[1] noted, "TURKEY: Osman III, 1754-1757, AR 10 para, Kostantiniye, AH1168, initial #8 (listed in KM, but omitted in UBK), decent strike, EF to AU, R." Ten para made one fourth of a kurush.
