This specimen was lot 10060 in Stack's Bowers Collectors Choice Online Auction (Costa Mesa, CA, February 2025), where it sold for €216 (about US$225). The catalog description[1] noted, "DENMARK. Gotland. Skilling, 1554. Visby Mint. Christian III. NGC AU-53. Excellent Skilling with the lamb and flag on the reverse, struck in Copenhagen for use on Gotland. From the L. E. Bruun Collection." At this time one gulden was 48 skilling; the specie daler would not appear until later.

Specification: 1.98 g, 0.250 fine silver.
