This specimen was lot 64 in Sincona sale 78 (Zürich, October 2022), where it sold for 250 CHF (about US$300 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted, "RUSSIA | Russian Empire and Federation | Peter I. 1682-1725, Polushka 1718, Kadashevsky Mint. 1 roubles according to Petrov. About extremely fine." This polushka, or quarter kopek, was struck 1718-22. The mintages are unknown but must have been substantial as the type is not rare today.
