Italy 1912 20 centesimi rev DSLR.jpg

This type was struck for the kingdom of Italy 1908-14, 1919-22 and 1926-35. It does not match any French coin as most of the other denominations did. The issues of 1926-35 were struck only for collectors and are very rare. Vittorio Emanuele III succeeded his father Umberto upon the latter's assassination in 1900.

Recorded mintage: 21,040,000.

Specification: 4 g, nickel, 21.5 mm diameter.

Catalog reference: KM 44, Gig-197.
