This specimen was lot 1074 in Sedwick Treasure Auction 26 (Winter Park, FL, November 2019), where it sold for $505.75. The catalog description[1] noted, "Lima, Peru, 1/4 real, 1816, NGC MS 64. Choice strike and bright luster, with very light speckled toning, bold rims, slightly off-center strike, tied with one other for finest known in NGC census behind a single MS 65."
