This specimen was lot 2233 in Goldberg's NY International sale 59 (New York, January 2023), where it sold for $2,220. The catalog description[1] noted, "10 Kopecks 1895 CПБ-AΓ.Authenticated and graded by PCGS MS 65 PL (# 38785358). Gem uncirculated, Prooflike strike." This type was struck in large numbers 1867-1914 at St. Petersburg. This is a common date. Mintmaster AG was Appolon Grasgov.

Recorded mintage: 1,000,000.

Specification: 1.80 g, 0.500 fine silver.
