Sincona sale 86, lot 1823

This specimen was lot 1823 in Sincona sale 86 (Zürich, October 2023), where it sold for 50,000 CHF (about US$67,330 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,

"Elizabeth II. 1952-2022. Proof 1000 Pounds 2015, Royal Mint Llantrisant. 1 kg gold. Celebrating Queen Elizabeth II. becoming the longest serving monarch. Nur 15 Exemplare geprägt, Mit Originaletui und Zertifikat, Only 15 pieces struck. NGC PF69 ULTRA CAMEO. With original box and certificate. No. 2 of 15 limited edition presentation sets. Second finest certified by NGC."

Friedberg lists the five pound (Fr-568) and ten pound coins (Fr-567) of this series but not this denomination.
