This specimen was lot 3280 in Sincona sale 91 (Zürich, May 2024), where it sold for 325 CHF (about US$430 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"SCHWEIZ Genf/Genève, Stadt und Kanton, 2 Quarts (1/2 Sol oder 6 Deniers) 1721, Genf. Silberabschlag. Selten. Gutes sehr schön. (Switzerland, canton of Geneva, two quarts (or half sol or six deniers) of 1721, Geneva mint, struck in silver. Rare, Good very fine.)"
This type was struck in billon intermittently 1720-30 and is common. Silver strikes exist, made for presentation.
