This specimen was lot 5132 in Sincona sale 80 (Zürich, October 2022), where it sold for 300 CHF (about US$360 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted, "SWITZERLAND | Geneva | Stadt und Kanton, 2 Quarts (1/2 Sol oder 6 Deniers) 1715, Genf. Silberabschlag [struck in silver]. Rare. About extremely fine. Attractively toned." This type was struck in billon in 1702, 1709 and 1715. It has a low catalog value. Silver and gold strikes were made for presentation.
