This specimen was lot 251 in Sincona sale 84 (Zürich, October 2023), where it did not sell. The catalog description[1] noted,

"RUSSIA Russian Empire and Federation, 10 Kopecks 1819, St. Petersburg Mint, SPB PS. Rare. 3 roubles according to Ilyin. Very fine. Old ink mark."

This type was struck 1810-26 and is fairly common. This date receives no premium in the SCWC.
