This specimen was lot 469 in Sincona sale 19 (Zürich, October 2014), where it sold for CHF 70 (about US$88 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted, "20 Kopecks 1819, St. Petersburg Mint, ПC. Oxidation. Good very fine." This type is listed for 1810-26 and has a low catalog value in circulated condition. This date is common.
