This specimen was lot 405 in Sincona Auction 99 (Zürich, October 2025), where it sold for 50 CHF (about US$75 including buyers' fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"RUSSLAND Kaiserreich und Föderation, Nicholas II. 1894-1917, 1 Penni 1900, Helsinki Mint. Mintage for Finland. NGC MS64 RB."
This is a common date of a type struck 1895, 1898-1916 for Nicholas II. The prior type varied only in the imperial monogram.
