Pobjoy Mint. Elizabeth II. NGC PROOF-69 Ultra Cameo. An intriguing and rather popular issue featuring the peacock's splendor in a sparkling, iridescent hologram, this piece is undoubtedly at the cusp of perfection, with just a few minor copper spots preventing the ultimate designation." The semi-autonomous colony of Gibraltar has been captured by the Pobjoy Mint and used as a conduit for the issue of hundreds of NCLT on serious and frivolous topics.
