Pobjoy Mint. Elizabeth II. NGC PROOF-69 Ultra Cameo. An intriguing and rather popular issue featuring the peacock's splendor in a sparkling, iridescent hologram, this piece is undoubtedly at the cusp of perfection, with just a few minor copper spots preventing the ultimate designation." This is an early experiment in producing colored coins.
