This specimen was lot 1704 in Künker sale 263 (Osnabrück, June 2015), where it sold for €220 (about US$284 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"KÖNIGREICH Louis XV, 1715-1774. Ecu aux rameaux d'olivier 1733, A, Paris. Dunkle Patina, leicht justiert, vorzüglich. (kingdom of France, Louis XV, 1715-74, écu of the olive branches of 1733, Paris mint. Dark toning, light adjustment marks, extremely fine.)"
This coin is an écu aux branches d'olivier from the Paris mint. Paris mint issues are known for the entire span of the type (1726-40) but most dates are average (neither rare nor common) including this one. The Bayonne mint did not become really prolific until the late 1750's.
