This specimen was lot 283 in Sincona sale 65 (Zürich, October 2020), where it sold for 300 CHF (about US$395 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"3 Kopecks 1875, Ekaterinburg Mint, EM. Rare in this condition. NGC MS63. (3 копейки 1875. Екатеринбургский МД, ЕМ. Биткин 410. Редкие в такой сохранности. В слабе NGC MS63.)"
This type was struck 1867-75. It is the last issue from this mint.
Recorded mintage: 3,595,000, a common date.
Specification: 8 g, copper, 28 mm diameter per the SCWC; 9.83 g, 28.36 mm diameter per Numista.
