This specimen was lot 1901 in Sincona sale 47 (Zürich, May 2018), where it sold for 150 CHF (about US$180 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"ITALY, Toscana, Francesco II. di Lorena, 1737-1765. 10 Paoli 1747, Florenz. Sehr schön. (grand duchy of Tuscany, Francis II of Lorraine, 1737-65, ten paoli of 1747, Florence mint. Very fine.)"
This type is listed for 1747 only and is inexpensive for an Italian crown. Francis was the husband of Maria Theresia of Austria and Holy Roman Emperor.
