"RUSSIA Russian Empire and Federation, 5 Kopecks 1879, St. Petersburg Mint, SPB NF. NGC MS65."

The St. Petersburg mint struck this denomination in copper (KM Y12.2) and silver (KM Y19a.1) in 1879.

Recorded mintage: 140,000, a scarce date.

Specification: 0.80 g, 0.500 fine silver, this specimen 0.83 g.
