This specimen was lot 43489 in Stack's Bowers NYINC sale (New York, January 2023), where it sold for $720. The catalog description[1] noted, "SWEDEN. 4 Mark Klippe, 1569. Stockholm Mint. Johan III. NGC AU-55. S[ie]ge Klippe struck for the assault on Stockholm beginning in 1568. A well-struck example with lightly toned surfaces and pleasing details." One mark was eight öre.
