The lot description noted, "ITALIEN, TASSAROLO, Ronco Scrivia Napoleone Spinola, 1647 - 1672. AR Scudo (Spadino) 1669. RRR! Fast St. (county of Ronco, Napoleone Spinola, 1647-72, silver scudo of 1669. Very rare, about uncirculated.)" Ronco lies in the north of the republic of Genoa. The counts struck a few scudi there before closing the mint in 1699.
