This specimen was lot 556 in Sincona sale 78 (Zurich, October 2022), where it sold for 325 CHF (about US$390 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted, "RUSSIA | Russian Empire and Federation | Alexander III. 1881-1894, 2 Kopecks 1893, St. Petersburg Mint, SPB. NGC MS65 BN. Extraordinary condition." This type is listed for 1867-71, 1876-1914. Most dates are common with, of course, the exception of the proofs.
Recorded mintage: 10,295,000.
