This very scarce cuartilla from Chile, the only quarter real struck after independence, is from a type struck 1832-34. The plate coin in the SCWC shows a holed specimen.

Recorded mintage: 82,000.

Specification: 0.9 g, .901 fine silver, 11 mm diameter.
