Steve Album Auction 53, lot 3035

This specimen was lot 3035 in Steve Album Auction 53 (Santa Rosa, CA, September 2025), where it sold for $360. The catalog description[1] noted, "GERMANY: Weimar Republic, AE reichspfennig, 1930-F, a superb proof quality example! PCGS graded Proof 65 RD, ex Joe Sedillot Collection." This type was struck 1924-36 and most dates, including this one, are common. Only the proofs are scarce.

Recorded mintage: 6,415,000 plus proofs, a fairly common date.

Specification: 2 g, bronze.
