This specimen was lot 1926 in Goldberg sale 112 (Los Angeles, September 2019), where it sold for $204. The catalog description[1] noted, "Zambia. 10000 Kwacha, 2000. Queen Mother's 100th Birthday. NGC graded Proof 68 Ultra Cameo." We don't know what connection the Queen Mother has with Zambia, but she is featured on other Zambian NCLT's (KM 75, 76, 77, 78, 79, 80, 81, 82, 83, 267, 269, 270, 271).
