Steve Album sale 54, lot 2589

This specimen was lot 2589 in Steve Album Auction 54 (Santa Rosa, CA, January 2026), where it sold for $100. The catalog description[1] noted, "WÜRTTEMBERG: Wilhelm I, 1816-1864, AR 1/2 kreuzer, 1837, a wonderful lustrous mint state example! PCGS graded MS64." This issue, struck 1824-37, was accompanied by one, three and six kreuzer. One gulden was sixty kreuzer.

Recorded mintage: 121,902.

Specification: 0.57 g, billon, 13 mm diameter, plain edge.
