This specimen was lot 2825 in Sincona sale 23 (Zürich, May 2015), where it sold for 900 CHF (about US$1,131 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"ITALIEN, Firenze, Pietro Leopoldo di Lorena, 1765-1790 Zecchino 1779. Vorzüglich-fast vorzüglich. (grand duchy of Tuscany, Peter Leopold of Lorraine (1765-90), zecchino of 1779, extremely fine or better.)"
The reverse features John the Baptist. The type was struck 1779-89 but all dates are scarce to rare. In 1807, the grand duchy was annexed to France, to be returned to the Austrians in 1815.
