This specimen was part of lot 35162 in Heritage sale 3067 (Long Beach, September 2018), where it sold for $528. The catalog description[1] noted, "Turks and Caicos Islands: British Colony. Elizabeth II 7-Piece silver and gold Certified Proof Set 1975 NGC, 1) Crown - PR67 Ultra Cameo, KM5; 2) 5 Crowns - PR67 Ultra Cameo, KM6; 3) 10 Crowns - PR67 Ultra Cameo, KM7; 4) 20 Crowns - PR67 Ultra Cameo, KM8; 5) 25 Crowns - PR69 Ultra Cameo, KM9.1; 6) 50 Crowns - PR69 Ultra Cameo, KM10; 7) 100 Crowns - PR68 Ultra Cameo, KM11; KM-PS2. A perfectly executed set of supremely certified coins, all lightly frosty and approaching technical perfection. AGW 0.35 oz. From the Feeling Good Collection." Another scarce NCLT from a forgotten corner of the Caribbean. Coinage from there is nearly exclusively NCLT's as the economy is dominated by American cruise ships and the dollars they bring.

Recorded mintage: 2,935 proofs plus 1,250 in matte finish.
