This specimen was lot 2402 in Sincona sale 59 (Zürich, October 2019), where it sold for 275 CHF (about US$333 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"OSMANISCHES REICH | ´Abd al-Hamid Khan II, 1293-1327 H./1876-1909 (m. 1918) AD, 50 Kurush 1293 H./Jahr 30, Qustantînîya. Al-Ghâzî neben der Tughra. Fast FDC. (Turkey, Abdul Hamid II, 1876-1909, gold fifty kuruş of AH 1293, year 30, Constantinople mint. About uncirculated.)"
This type, with "el-Ghazi" added to the sultan's titles, was struck years 7-34 in limited numbers.
