This specimen was lot 2526 in Künker sale 439 (Osnabrück, March 2026), where it sold for €1,500 (about US$2,064 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"TRIER, ERZBISTUM Jacob I. von Sierk, 1439-1456. Goldgulden o. J. (1442), Koblenz. GOLD. RR Sehr schön-vorzüglich. (archbishopric of Trier, Jacob of Sierk, 1439-56, undated goldgulden, circa 1442, Coblenz mint. Very rare, very fine to extremely fine.)"
This goldgulden is identical to the goldgulden of Joacb's predecessor Rhabanus (Fr-3445) except for the devices on the second and third quarters of the obverse arms.
