This specimen was lot 72621 in Stack's Bowers Collector's Choice sale (Costa Mesa, CA, June 2022), where it sold for $432. The catalog description[1] noted, "SWITZERLAND. 20 Francs, 1913-B. Bern Mint. PCGS MS-65. A lustrous example with a cartwheel effect that nearly jumps off this Gem piece surfaces." This type was struck 1897-1935 in large numbers and most dates are readily available today for their bullion value.

Recorded mintage: 700,000.

Specification: 6.45 g, 0.900 fine gold, 0.1867 troy oz AGW.
