This specimen was lot 31841 in Heritage sale 3029 (New York, January 2014), where it sold for $117.50. The catalog description[1] noted, "Oscar II 5 Ore 1897, MS64 Brown NGC. Lovely mahogany brown surfaces." This type was struck 1888-92, 1895-1905; this date is common for the type but scarcer than the one or two öre.
Recorded mintage: 570,000.
