This specimen was lot 1665 in Stacks-Bowers NYINC sale (New York, January 2015), where it sold for $1,527.50. The catalog description[1] noted, "SWEDEN. 1/2 Daler Plate Money, 1716. Karl XII (1697-1718). 4 x 4 in. (Tingstrom: 139 examples known including 32 pieces from the Nicobar). All stamps nicely applied and full giving four full legible dates. Cleaned some time ago. A few spots of scattered verdigris. Some light thin scratches on both sides, in particular a circle around the entire denomination stamp. Lustrous. CHOICE VERY FINE."
