This specimen was lot 73544 in Stack's Bowers Collector's Choice sale (Santa Ana, CA, June 2020), where it sold for $110. The catalog description[1] noted, "STRAITS SETTLEMENTS. 20 Cents, 1919-B. Bombay Mint. PCGS MS-62 Gold Shield. Deep gunmetal gray surfaces dominate this near choice specimen, with some subtle amber hints throughout." The twenty cents of 1916-17 (KM 30) was 0.600 fine silver, this one is 0.400 fine, and the later twenty cents of 1926-27 and 1935 was restored to 0.600 fine silver. This is a scarce date.
