Stephen Album sale 37, lot 1748

This specimen was lot 1748 in Stephen Album sale 37 (Santa Rosa, CA, June 2020), where it sold for $714. The catalog description^[1] noted, "STRAITS SETTLEMENTS: Victoria, 1867-1901, AR 10 cents, 1879-H, PCGS graded MS62." The type was struck in 1871-1901 and many dates are common, tho this one is a better date but not rare.

Recorded mintage: 250,000 + proofs.

Specification: 2.71 g, 0.800 fine silver, .069 troy oz ASW, 18 mm diameter, reeded edge.
